 Verified Simone’s Walnook Cottage was ideal for my fiancée and I. We loved the simple check in process and the cleanliness of the property. It was exactly as the description and everything worked perfectly. Simone had her own personal touches which made us feel especially welcome and comforted.  Verified We enjoyed our two nights at Simone’s house. Lovely to arrive to a Christmas tree and decoration around the lounge. Nice touch. The log burner was a lovely addition. It warmed us up a treat. The house has been renovated to a high standard, with lots of tasteful extras. Simone kindly supplied us with many condiments, cakes and biscuits and wine.  10Verified ☺The place is wonderful. We wanted a property that felt comfortable and cosy but were unsure what to expect, as we usually stick with Premier Inns. Access was very easy into the property and parking was literally outside our front window, with a permit for the car provided by Simone. Once we entered, the place immediately felt warm and cosy. It has a wonderful cottage feel, with enough space to comfortably live, without it feeling too large and overwhelming. The place smelt fresh and was very tidy and everything essential was provided, making the transition feel seamless. It felt as if we'd been living there a while and we just went about our day, which I liked. The Lindley area too is a lovely place to enjoy a nice stroll. We were a party of 5. The living room had enough space to comfortably seat us all with the TV, whilst providing a nice dining table for our breakfast and side tables for our cuppas. The garden is very pretty as well, however, we had plenty of rain so were unable to enjoy this space as much as hoped. The bedrooms were spacious enough and the beds we found very comfortable, so we had some great nights sleep. There are TVs in the bedrooms, which our children loved. The bathroom has plenty provided to enjoy a relaxing shower or bath. The bedrooms and bathroom both provide needed space to comfortably get ready for the day ahead. This place is just what we needed after long family days out. For us, the simplicity of settling in is what stood out for us and made the experience so much better. Simone, the host, is wonderful. Our youngest daughter has a disability and so we required a few needs to be met, for the safety of our child. Simone worked to provide a setting that met our needs and was in regular contact, to ensure everything was as it should be. Our 2 daughters both had a wonderful experience as a result of Simone's support and we can't thank her enough. If you're looking for a nice break away, this is the spot! ☹We loved the place.

 10Verified Beautiful cottage. ☺It was beautifully decorated , lovely furniture, comfy beds, spotlessly clean , everything we needed in the kitchen , bathroom and bedrooms.
